Shipping Availability
We currently offer domestic shipping within India and service all eligible PIN codes. International delivery is not available at this time.
Order Processing
Orders are handled within 1–2 working days after confirmation, excluding weekends and official holidays. An email with complete order details will be sent once processing is done.
Delivery Timelines
Expected delivery is between 3 to 8 business days after dispatch. Delays may occur due to local conditions or unforeseen factors.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal, it will return to our warehouse facility. Customers can request re-dispatch by contacting our support team.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your package arrives damaged or something is missing, inform us within 48 hours of receipt. Kindly include images to support your claim. We will verify with our logistics partner and arrange a refund or replacement accordingly.
