Return Guidelines
You can request a return under the following terms:
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags, labels, and packaging should be intact.
- Items that are used, worn, altered, or washed are not eligible.
- You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Returns that do not follow these conditions may be rejected.
How to Request a Return
Step 1: Email us at nexgenenterprisesauthorize@gmail.com with your Order ID and a brief reason for the return.
Step 2: If the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged, attach photos for validation.
Step 3: Wait for our response with further instructions if the return is approved.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the stated criteria.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of your refund status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment mode. A confirmation email will be sent once complete.
Partial Refunds
In cases where returned items are slightly damaged or missing packaging, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
Product Issues
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or faulty product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide visual proof. We’ll ensure the issue is resolved promptly.
