At Fairyfit, powered by Nexgeneration Enterprises, We understand that your fashion needs might shift, and order cancellations may be necessary. Please see the following section for our complete cancellation terms and process.

Cancel Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement or prior to shipment—whichever comes first. Please contact our support team via email. Once approved, your refund will be initiated and processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Cancellation After Shipment
Cancellations are not possible after dispatch. However, you may request a return once the item is delivered, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Changes
Modifying items or address details after placing an order is not allowed. In such cases, we recommend cancelling and placing a fresh order.
